Telling a good TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF

Okay this is one question that is mostly asked in almost all the interviews. I thought I can say mine because of the reaction I saw on the interviewers face when I was telling. Getting into the topic I think this is the best order to say:
  • Name: Full name and pals call me like.
  • Native place: stress something that is famous like Jaipur, the pink city
  • Family details: Just mention about parents and their occupation. Don’t get into details. Sibling’s details are not at all required.
  • Academic qualifications: Tell them your branch in must.
  • Academic area of interest: Get some topics in mind before hand and ready for fast fire questions in those topics. If you are not confident then do not mention them at all.
  • Achievements: Tell them those which attract them a lot. Art, technical and any other sort of achievements. Ex: I am the coordinator of the Mobility labs in my college.
  • Hobbies and interests: Both the terms are different. Hobbies is that which you do all day and sparing time for doing it. Interests are those which you do in time left. Do not say some hobby which you never do. Ex: If you say gardening is your hobby, prepare for questions such as what is the soil in your place? If you say coin collection is your hobby, prepare for questions like what is the currency of Cambodia?
  • Strengths: Mention those which you find in yourself. If you cannot identify go from your achievements. Do not say as you do not have any. Every person has unique capabilities. Even of the lightest that you feel as it is not strength. Say, you are good at being calm and not interfering with others, your strength is your persistence to environment.  If you are class leader some time in life, then you have leadership qualities.
  • Role model: Personally saying this should be relative. If you attend Microsoft interview then it should be bill gates. But if you are so sure that you are inspired by someone, and then mention their name. But whomever you say you must be so good with their biography. I thought I should say something so different and I said Lord Rama. I know that the panel consists of only Hindus and I took this answer. Be careful with these kinds of answers.

Do not mention your weakness in tell me about yourself.

When you are saying this you will be interrupted by the interviewer all time. So you must have this capability of pausing and resuming. Diverting from this will not give a good impression. Wait for good time to give blasting answers.

What is your weakness?
It is a tempting question that is dangerous to answer. Always keep yourself positive in saying the negative also. For ex, I consider that whenever my friend is in trouble I would go for the help in spite of troubles I get with it. Or, I am very short tempered guy. But nowadays I am listening to music or meditating to control it.

Never leave yourself in a bad impression.

What will you do if I slap you?

Thinking you as my father’s age, I swallow all my pride and ego and I don’t know a company where people slap each other for no reason. This is one kind of answer I got. Just frame up yourself but do not say like I am going to beat you back or I will leave. They are not going to beat you anyhow.

Trip to narsipura Sri Vaidya Narayana murthy - Shimago for cancer treatment

Hi friends. I would like to share my experience about my trip to Shimago and meet Guru Narayana murthy who would treat for cancer, diabetics, kidney diseases. My brother was diagnosed with rectal cancer on October 2014. The news of cancer to a young boy of 26 years shook our whole family. But we are strong as he was getting treatment from world class care clinic in Cleveland - Cleveland clinic, Ohio, USA. As fate had other plans, his cancer came in January, 2017 back after an extensive surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The doctors made a decision to keep him in hospice care: support for advanced illness. They said that there is no more treatment and only to keep him comfortable as long as he lives, we lost our hopes and that is when we thought of giving a try to Ayurvedic medicine. We found Guruji narasipura narayana murthy. His medicine gave us hopes and I recently went to narsipura to get the medicine. I thought it would be best to give my share of experience in reaching...

Solution to "child margin affects parent" in CSS

The browser implementation is that when the parent has no content and the child requests for margin, the parent is brought down instead of child going down. The solution for these are listed below with their side effects. floats , You  have  to float elements border-top , This pushes the parent at least 1px downwards which should then be adjusted with introducing  -1px  margin to the parent element itself. This can create problems when parent already has  margin-top  in relative units. padding-top , same effect as using  border-top overflow: hidden , Can't be used when parent should display overflowing content, like a drop down menu overflow: auto , Introduces scrollbars for parent element that has (intentionally) overflowing content (like shadows or tool tip's triangle) See the Pen Relative with Margin by Manikanta ( @immnk ) on CodePen .

For all overreacting feminists, Please stop blaming all MEN.

This is one of a post that I have recently given a read on the Internet shared by The Logical Indian page on Facebook. While it says only facts, there are two faces for any coin. I just comment with the boy’s side because it is purely written by girl (another face of coin).
